DIY: How to Screw Up Your CD/DVD Drive Lens

Today, we'll investigate on How to Screw Up Your CD/DVD Drive Lens in no time at all (see below).
    1. Before you go to bed, open your system unit cover (if you have any).
    2. Then, press the eject button of your CD/DVD drive.
    3. Leave it there and go to sleep.

Voila! Now your drive is either one of below:

    1. Able to read and burn DVDs. Read some CDs. Unable to burn CDs.
    2. Able to read some DVDs and CDs. Can't burn anything.
    3. Transformed into a paperweight (until you find a way to clean the lens).

    The Story of a Donkey

Read this and take a step back to think about it....

    THE DONKEY

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried
piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be
covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all
grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the
donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to
    everyone's amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He
was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his
back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and
    take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the
animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon,
everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well
    and happily trotted off!

    MORAL :
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to
getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of
our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells
just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

    1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.

    2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.

    3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.

    4. Give more.

    5. Expect less

You have two choices...smile and close this page, or pass this along to
someone else to spread the fun. I know what I did!!

GMail SMTP Relay > StreamyX SMTP Relay

OMG Windows Live Spaces is shiny today.

Anyway, GMail pwned StreamyX. Period.  Hot

    StreamyX Dynamic IPs Blacklisted

Well, it might be an old news, but we are unable to use our end-to-end SMTP clients/servers to send emails to most of the SMTP servers that enforces blacklisting. I've tried and I failed.

So the normal process is usually this way:
Local SMTP Server --> Local SMTP Client (End-to-End) --> Remote SMTP Server

After a few hours of testing, we have one only option - by using SMTP relay client:
Local SMTP Server --> Local SMTP Client (Relay) --> ISP SMTP Server --> (a bunch of them) --> Remote SMTP Server

I'm using MecuryMail and I finally get my mail sent to my Hotmail account (read the log bottom up):
    Received: from smtp1.tm.net.my ([202.188.0.162]) by bay0-mc7-f9.bay0.hotmail.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.2668);

One thing to note though. TM Nut's SMTP servers require authentication (with a valid StreamyX account) and a mailfrom address of your StreamyX account. Other than that, there're no restrictions, just that SMTP relaying may take quite amount of time to reach the destination (10-30 minutes).

    How to inteprete the log:
Let's face it, it's in geek language and I couldn't get it the first time too. Anyway, let's take an example:

    Received: from bar6.tm.net.my ([192.168.10.113])
     by smtp1.tm.net.my

Anyway, it means the mail is received by smtp1.tm.net.my originating from bar6.tm.net.my. Still confused?

    bar6.tm.net.my ---> smtp1.tm.net.my

    Better? :P

The Story of the 5 Shattered Traehs

I was given an old, rusty key. It unlocked a chest of mysteries.

The 5 shattered Traehs will be kept safely, and hopefully, I can find a complete one.

(In another reality, the revelation has begun.)

    Silent Night.

    Original Date: July 08, 2007 - ~ 2000 hrs

The night was exceptionally quiet; The weather was suprisingly cool. The feeling of cool wind blowing to the face was calming. The lights were slightly dim. It's hard to imagine one can enjoy such comfortable environment in the middle of a busy city. It's even harder to imagine all these are just below your house.

If only I can enjoy this much longer. As I went back and stepped into my room, the little vampires ambushed at me when I least expected them. The battle against the new breed of faster, stronger (against insecticides), better mosquitos has just begun...

... There goes my good mood...

Pathway to Gladiator: Do's and Dont's

I was assisting my fellow human friend in his pathway to a Gladiator. Believe me, it was a frustrating task (like almost all quests in the rest of the world). Here are a couple of notes you should take to cut off a bit of frustration (it can mean 4 hours finding the right monster).

DO open a magical portal to http://uhs.mine.nu/FL/itemcheck.php and check where your target is.
    DO pack scroll of escape.
DO find a friend to accompany you, you'll need a meat shield. But make sure he/she doesn't KO before you.

DON'T search the Noble Ant Leader in the Wasteland. It's inside the Ant's Nest, accessible up north, second path. Yes, it's underground.
DO pack a lot of potions. You'll never know you can end up dead fighting 5 ants at once.

DO find an entrance to the cave in the waterfalls.
    DON'T swim with the fishes.

DON'T gamble in the monster track. You'll eventually lose all your money watching chestboxes run faster than unicorn.

DON'T jump off the stairs in the Mithril Mines.
    DO find the stairs.
    DO find a bridge.
DO go down 1 level, walk into cave and walk straight after coming to the core of the cave. I said DON'T JUMP.
DO expect monsters to drop from the ceiling.

    Little Wing's Big Adventure

After a gruelling task collecting the tree saps from so-called fairy trees (give me a break, the darn fairy didn't even told me how to find them, and they look like ordinary trees) that can summon their spirit bretheren (and the fairy lied, she said they won't mind but they mind by trying to gangbang me and my poor hatchling) involving lots of running, potions, haste potions, magic haste potions...... Finally got my Little Wing evolved into a mountable MEDIUM WI... err... Strider.

This chap runs amazingly fast with haste potions. I mean AMAZINGLY fast. No kidding.

    Right.

    Sorry, I don't know.

    [ Lance | ランス ] :: [ 君と僕,届かぬ思い ] says (7:48 PM):
    How do you acquire information?

    Muse says (7:48 PM):
Colloquis's ---> http://s.rdir.us/ct?192357/0 software platform easily enables application developers to store information "learned" from individual users or the aggregate of users. The agent can then use that information in subsequent conversations.

    Enough about me...

Would you like some writing ideas?

    Thank you for your time

    Muse says (7:50 PM):
    Hey, no problem.
